Then came Santa. Kanyon ran right up to him and jumped into his lap and began listing off all the things he wanted... you can see he was on about #5 when I snapped this shot. Santa was listening intently and even asking about specific colors. haha! I made sure to have Kanyon relay to us what he told Santa that he wanted... so far we're pretty close! :)
Then Scarlett's turn came and the crying began. I was wondering if this would happen since she's been a bit clinging lately... Even with Kanyon back up on Santa's lap, this was about as good as it got. ;)
We have to take a picture anyway! Hey, at least Santa looked like he was having a good time. ;) Poor man, I'm sure he'll have had his fill of bawling kids by the time Christmas comes. Isn't he a cute Santa though??

Gotta love Santa pictures! I am impressed that your mall Santa would let you take your own pics. Not here . . . even after I paid for one of their packages, they wouldn't let me snap a couple. SCROOGES! ;-)
That is so funny! I can totally see MIkayla freaking out on Santa's lap too. I can't wait to take her to see how she'll react!
Solee will wave at Santa, but that's about it. Thanks for the Almonds, your gift has been in my office forever, I just need to run it by! Scarlett is SO cute.
Callie and Cole were both terrified of Santa. So needless to say, I have a pic of Maddi and Caden ONLY! I knew Callie probably wouldn't be down, but Cole? I was very sad. Glad I am not the only one that has kids scared of Santa!!
