New Ornaments...

We were at the mall for Santa and saw a kiosk for ornaments... same place we got the kid's new ornaments from last year. Each year I get them a new ornament and hopefully by they time they are all grown and ready to leave the house, they'll have a good start on enough ornaments for their own tree... along with many fond memories of Christmas as a child. :)

We let them each pick one out for themselves...

I was kind of surprised at Scarlett's "Elmo" pick because she's not a die hard fan. However, ever since her cousin Callie was playing with Elmo at our house over Thanksgiving and treating him as a baby doll in the stroller, she's toted him around a bit. That must be why... Kanyon's pick was not surprising, however. Although, if there had been any kind of superhero one, he would have picked that for sure. ;)
