This is what filled up my house with yumminess this afternoon! It was going to be for Easter dinner, but we've made other plans now.
A nice roast with potatoes, carrots, and onions.... and it was GOOD. :) Scarlett even ate it with us, which it is finally nice for her to be having some real food. I'm so tired of the jars!

I noticed your crock -pot. Do you like it? i just got the same one, and i have not used it yet.
Scott got me a real nice one for a christmas gift 2 years ago and we had the worse luck with it. it kept cracking in the middle of the cooking process and we kept on taking it back and replacing it. But, after the 6 th time, we gave up on it.
Any way, i hope this one is better.

I went to pick up some of those fam pics you took and it said the resolution wasn't high enough -so they are all pixelly-is that even a word? I just did 4x6 - 8x10. Am i doing something wrong?
Lisa - Yes, I love my crock pot! I've never had any issues with it at all and I've had it for a while. Sounds like you've had some bad luck with them! :( Hope that new one works for you too!
