We took Kanyon to the parade on Saturday morning. It was perfect because it just so happened that it went right by the building that Steve just bought... so we pulled our SUV in the driveway, opened up the back and had instant shade for Scarlett to hang out in - not to mention a great view of the parade.
Kanyon enjoyed the candy thrown out and didn't care much to watch once he got a few pieces of that! Don't you just love these small town parades?? :)

I guess my kids won't be seeing any parades this year! We always are in Utah for one of the holidays and are able to catch one. Maybe we will do our own around our neighborhood for the 4th. Wouldn't that be a site to see!
