Applesauce
Jen and I spent all day Monday (and I mean all day) making applesauce. We made 24 quarts so we each could have 12. My house smelled SO good and I've never tasted better applesauce! It's seriously like a dessert.
All those jars pictured above on the left are only half of what we got done... with 5 kids, 4 and under running amok! Not too shabby, right? ;)
