On Monday, I felt the urge to make caramel apples with homemade caramel sauce. YUM. Kanyon was my sidekick and helped me stir.

I ate my fair share... or more than my fair share, but who's counting. ;)
I also canned some salsa! It's actually my second batch. The first... well, we won't talk about what happened with the first batch I did last week. :P It was my first time canning and the first time with this recipe... and they all sealed, but that's all I'll say.
This batch turned out wonderfully though!
Applesauce is in the agenda for after we return from Disney World... yum, can't wait! :)
